RfQ – Catering Services for MCESD Meetings

We are inviting quotations for the provision of catering services for our upcoming Council meetings. The service will be required on a quarterly basis and is expected to cover approximately six (6) meetings.

Meetings are usually held between 10am and 1pm. Set-up would be required for the full duration of the meeting.

 

Catering requirements:

  1. Coffee Table
  •     Coffee and teas
  •     Selection of still and sparkling water
  •     Two (2) types of fruit juices

 

  1. Healthy Food Options

A selection of three (3) healthy food items. Examples may include (but are not limited to):

  •     Chicken wraps or grilled chicken mini rolls
  •     Vegetarian wraps (e.g. hummus & roasted vegetable, falafel)
  •     Quinoa or couscous salad cups
  •     Smoked salmon and light cream cheese bites
  •     Whole meal mini sandwiches
  •     Ricotta/Spinach Pie
  •     Fresh fruit skewers

 

  1. Healthy Dessert (one option)

Examples may include:

  •     Yoghurt and granola cups
  •     Fruit parfait
  •     Chia pudding
  •     Oat-and-honey bars
  •     Sugar-reduced muffins
  •     Apple and cinnamon cake

 

Additional Information:

Items may differ by caterer but should fit the “healthy choices” theme.

Service may be required either in the morning or early afternoon, depending on each meeting’s schedule.

Waiter service and linen for coffee table are to be included
