Colleagues do not stop to chat from desk to desk when working from home which helps increase productivity while workers were using their cars less, leading to less pollutants in the air. However, the use of cars is still on the high side despite the fact that many workers are working from home.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-952\" src=\"https:\/\/mcesd.org.mt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/2-253x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"253\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mcesd.org.mt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/2-253x300.png 253w, https:\/\/mcesd.org.mt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/2-596x705.png 596w, https:\/\/mcesd.org.mt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/2.png 615w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 253px) 100vw, 253px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Work from home also reduced expenses for businesses. The impact of work from home is positive on the whole. The issue at stake is how we can encourage more team work and communication tools.<\/p>\n<p>Isolation of workers needs to be tackled as well.
